The only other way to get your money back is to take him to the small claims court and let them sort it out and possibly oreder him to pay it back – even then, he could be ordered to pay it back at a small amount per week.If he was really serious about paying his debts he would find another job. I doubt if he will pay you anytime soon, so continue to pay what you can on it. Make him sign a promissory note and consider taking him to small claims court. Considering his credit is already bad and no one will give him a credit card, there’s no way to transfer the debt to him.You will not be able to transfer the debt.
