If you can pay back 3k in six weeks you are obviously not in need of a loan! – unless you are being extorted by criminals or need to finance a drug habit. If this is the case then go straight to the Police., even if you yourself have been involved in criminal activity – you may be charged with an offence but Magistrates and District Judges are quite sympathetic these days – I work in the Criminal Court system – ok – i'm a Security Officer, but I do get the low-down on what goes on. No reputable bank, finance company or whatever will refuse to wait 6 weeks for repayment of arrears – it would take them longer and cause them much more trouble to apply for a distress against you and gain a warrant of entry to your house to seize goods.

You have not given enough info for me to judge this question fully, so I must conclude that you have either been up to no good, have some form of addiction, or have been daft enough to ignore bills. The fact is that you state that you can repay 3k in 6 weeks., I wish I could – I'd have my mortgage paid off in 3 years!!
