This boils down to why you want to know. If it is just to get an idea of what you will receive then just enter your details for 2009/2010 as though they were the figures for 2008/09. The actual amount will probably be slightly higher.

If you need to know the exact amount then you will need to go to HMRC's website and find out the relevant figures for next year. You will then be able to do a manual calculation of the benefit entitlement.
