Financial crisis? Help with regards to credit card debts?
Why did your aunt’s attorney in the divorce arrange this buyout in the divorce settlement? Did the money go to ex or to mortgageor? What else did the atty arrange as far as her financial support? Of course, with that kind of deadbeat history on the mortgage, where was his money? And how did the atty arrange the division of marital assets?
If your aunt did a "do-it-yourself" divorce instead of hiring an attorney, now she is paying for her mistake. The only thing more costly than hiring a divorce lawyer is NOT hiring a divorce lawyer!
Unless she is entitled to some financial settlement or support according to the divorce degree, she is entitled to nothing but her pension and what remains of her assets post-divorce. She has no choice now but to pay her bills. A divorce settlement is a court order and she has to pay it off.hi,am jording working for Loan Agent in the states.i understand your predicament and will be willingt to help you out.can we chat later on.you can contact me on loanagent2009@gmail.com.
